    The staff at the Nook Hotel Hangzhou is extremely friendly and amiable. The hotel's location is close to the West Lake, Hangzhou train station, and a lovely green area. It is also near the mountains, making it a very attractive place to stay.

    The family room I got was included with great bathtub and nice furniture, as example. Having a shower, hairdryers, and bath robes was a bonus. The breakfast was quick, the check in was quick. The venue provided library in the reception lobby...

    The guestrooms at The Nook Hotel Hangzhou are awesome! They have everything I need for a comfortable stay - a super fancy air purifier, a big TV, a free minibar, and a cozy bed with natural bedding. The bathroom is cool too, with a separate bathtub and shower and fancy toiletries. And they even have a special parent-child room with a little tent for the kiddos! I felt like a VIP staying here, and I think you'll love it too!

    Personally, I didn't really use the electric kettle in my room. But hey, that's just me!

    Great value for the money, with spacious and cozy rooms that gave us design inspiration for our own place. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location had convenient shops, restaurants, and a delicious Hangzhou specialty restaurant just steps away.

    The breakfast experience could have been improved with more diverse options.

    The staff was so friendly and helpful, even though we didn't speak Chinese. We felt well taken care of. The room was comfortable with a beautiful mountain view. There were many good restaurants nearby.

    Felt like a home away from home, no complaints.

    This boutique hotel on the outskirts of a green area provides a perfect escape for a family with kids. Their impeccable room design and excellent finishing touches attracted us the most. Their staff was always helpful, and they even walked their guest to the pharmacy when they needed medicine. the hotel also offered complimentary tea, cookies and breakfast with a good mix of western and eastern. It's quite close to the metro and Xi xi Wetland national park, which we had a chance to explore.

    clean and cozy hotel with modern design and new equipment. TV movie channels are free and staff is very helpful and respectful. Conveniently located near the West Lake with easy bus connections.

    I had a good stay at The Nook Hotel. The modern room was beautifully designed and well laid out. The staff provided really good service - Yoyo even walked me to the pharmacy to ensure I got the medicine I needed. The lobby, with its cozy library vibe, offered complimentary tea, coffee, and cookies. The adjacent restaurant served great food. a very enjoyable experience.

    The room was very clean and had modern furniture, including a lovely oval bath. Staff were friendly and helpful, and complimentary drinks and fruit were provided daily. The breakfast offered a good range of options, and there were interesting restaurants within walking distance.

    Great service, clean and quiet room. Pleasant catering. Satisfying personalized requirements. Free laundry and bicycles. Nice location near green mountain and bus access. Close to Xi xi Wetland national park. Nice library with dedicated book selection. Chance to calm down and read. Free coffee and sweets. Lovely, friendly staff. Well-designed hotel with nice details. Enormous bath and fabulous rain shower. Spacious rooms. Hardworking staff. Pleasant top floor living room.

    Could not be improved in any way.

    The hotel was okay but it really missed the mark for my New Year break. The staff were nice and friendly and the room was clean. The fancy shower was nice and the free daily replenished fizzy drinks, water, coffee, and fruit was a nice touch. The free bike rental was great and convenient, there were bike lanes everywhere which made it easy to get around.

    The biggest issue was the hotel's location. It was far from the city center which made it really difficult to find a good restaurant or a store that sold practical things.
